Fipply.com offers refunds for annual membership payments up to seven days after the charge has been processed. After the 7 day time limit, there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
If you have already sold tickets for your class/Training as a result of membership in Fipply.com within the 7 day time limit, there will be no refunds.
Your membership fee is a recurring fee, so it will automatically continue or you will be sent an Invoice for payment unless you notify us before that charge that you don’t want to automatically renew your membership.
Fees for membership or any other portion of the Service may be changed at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to change our membership plans or adjust pricing for our Services at our sole discretion. Any price changes or changes to your membership or any other portion of the Service may be changed at any time with or without prior notice.
Refunds if any will be processed in 7 working days to the original payment method. Once Processed it might take fews minutes or sometimes upto 7 days to reflect in the original payment method depending on the bank and method.
Course Refunds
Payments for enrolling in a course(Ticket Booking) are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits.
While we require Training Institutes to adhere to the Course start date and time strictly, there may be slight changes in start date or time due to unforeseen reasons. In that case a student might agree to attend the class with the revised time schedule as per Institute or request for a full refund by contacting Fipply.com
In case the Institute cancels the class at any point due to under-enrollment. A full credit or refund will be issued.
In case Fipply.com removes or bans the course or Institute listing from the service for violating the Terms of Service or for any reasons to safeguard students Interest, a full credit or refund will be issued.
If the Institute cannot authenticate the student's identity or if the student fails to meet the posted eligibility/prerequisites or campus rules and regulation, the Institute reserves the right to deny admission to such student at any point of time with no refunds.
